So if its ok for Republicans to say Obama is racist, Is it ok for Democrats to say Bush was Racist?

Even though he came from a exclusively white family, with no black influence. Never hung out with his father , but 1 time in his late 20's. Even though his entire cabinet excluding 1 person is all white. Based on the simple fact that he said the white police acted stupidly, that's enough for republicans to label him as racist. That's all it takes? Is to call another ethnicity stupid. And in America you can be labeled as " Racist "? So then why is it unfair, for Democrats, and minorities , to universally point the finger at Bushes slow response to Hurrican Katrina and label him as racist? Bush did not send the national gaurd in for 6 days. He spent the entire week with Mccain in Arizona. Clearly he did not help or support the majority black area, where thousands of people died because they were not white. I think saying cops acted stupidly, is no where near severe as allowing 1000+ White people in a state go under. I mean Bush was very sympathetic towards those living under Saddam Hussein, so we know he has passion.
