My app store has two different accounts?one for buying apps and one for updating ? ?

So I wanted to get a app, but it's from the Chinese app store and they sais you need a new account that has that country as your country. Then I made a new account saying I'm in china , then I got that app on my laptop and I then got it into my iPod. So then I logged out of my Chinese account and logged into my normal English one, I can buy apps with my normal acct. but I can't update with my normal acct.?
