Doesn't Britain's policy towards Libya strengthen the argument for Scottish independence?

Hardly anyone in Scotland voted for the government now in power in Westminster. The Conservatives are a very minor political party in Scotland. Therefore, since as Gadaffi enjoys little support in the east of Libya and Britain supports the people there seeking to govern themselves, the Conservatives would hardly be able to argue that the Scots, who almost universally voted against the Conservatives, should enjoy the same rights to self determination the UK government supports so vehemently for the people of eastern Libya. The UK government should even argue for and enforce a no fly zone over Scotland to make sure British ground forces don't use heavy artillery to put down the Scottish revolt.
