I need help connecting to Order and Chaos online without a wifi connection?

Hi, I have read in the comment box that I can connect without WiFi, by turning it on but not connecting to any networks. My 3G is on, and also my app is updated. I'm running on an unrooted mytouch4G. Can anyone help me?
