Anyone familiar w/tracfone lg800 g touchscreen?

id like to know more about the apps...can you download the app fourquare? and can u download skype for video chat even if you can only recieve video chats? And when you use the apps is it taking away minutes even if the app isnt using interent like with picasa for example? if u can answer one or all of them it would be greatly appreicated id hate to buy this phone before knowing what it offers thnx :)
